Childalert sell child safety products and services to both the end user and to trade accounts. Orders may be placed online via the www.childalert.co.uk website or by calling our sales desk on 020 7384 1311. An end user catalogue or trade price list is available on request. For orders taken by credit card: once authorisation is agreed products can be despatched immediately. If orders are paid for by cheque there will be a 14 day clearance before despatch can take place. All products will be delivered within a two week period. No products can be despatched without full payment upfront whether for the end user or trade. The despatch charges will be calculated at the time of ordering; they will be calculated automatically dependent on weight and size of products. Each consignment will be given individual priority. Should products be sent outside of the UK an accurate cost will be provided separately to the order by email, but confirmed before money is taken or products despatched. VAT is included within all costs found on the www.childalert.co.uk website shown against each product. The trade price list will not include VAT but will need to be added to the final product order. Should you wish to reclaim your VAT you must do so with your local customs. Should you wish to return an item purchased you must do so within 7 days of receiving the products. A refund will be issued excluding any despatch charges. All Childalert products are of EU safety and manufacturing standard unless otherwise stated. Childalert will provide the best child safety products for the purpose – some brands may alter dependent on stock levels and function. While every effort is to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is a guide that will vary according to photography and display on screen. Data Protection and Internet Security Childalert does not sell, loan or in any way make available information, supplied via the www.childalert.co.uk website, to any other company or individuals. The information may be used by Childalert to provide details about other child safety related products and services and to monitor performance and quality control. Childalert’s total liability shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Childalert to the customer and Childalert shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or in any other way including the application, fixing or use of the product supplied to the customer. Childalert cannot accept any liability for failure to comply with the instructions specified in the Childalert online or offline catalogue. This statement does not affect your statuary rights.
